Food stylist and recipe writer, Annette has credible expertise working with seasonal fresh produce, meat, poultry, eggs and seafood.

Annette’s passion for fresh seasonal ingredients was fueled early in her career working in the fresh seafood industry, and subsequently leading the team to launch the Sydney Seafood School at Sydney Fish Markets.  Her on-going, award-winning work writing recipes* and styling for Sydney Markets has given her a wealth of knowledge on fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables.

When she has time, Annette loves gathering beautiful objects from nature as well as collecting old cutlery and eclectic antiques on her travels. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, beach walks and dining out.
